Coalition Technologies recently completed a project for Neoteric Cosmetics, a Colorado-based cosmetics company that includes four sub brands. We took on this project for a digital marketing agency called 7th Floor Digital, who also required a website for a company called Scott’s Liquid Gold that sells wood cleaning products. We were able to finish this collaboration successfully and on time, and we look forward to seeing how this new website impacts the company’s sales.

Neoteric Cosmetics sells a variety of cosmetic products under four sub brands: Alpha Skin Care, Neoteric Diabetic Skin Care, 7th Heaven, and Batiste Dry Shampoo. Alpha Skin Care uses natural ingredients to improve the health and appearance of skin. Neoteric Diabetic Skin Care focuses on cosmetic products for those with diabetes, offering products to hasten healing and improve circulation. 7th Heaven sells fun and unique masques, including green tea and honey options, and Batiste Dry Shampoo – as you might expect – sells dry shampoos to revitalize your follicles throughout the day.
Our Work with Neoteric Cosmetics
We wanted to make a website that makes ordering Neoteric’s wide variety of products fast and easy. To accomplish this, we used Bigcommerce. At Coalition, we have been using Bigcommerce since it was a humble start-up, and today it is one of the world’s largest CMS platforms. Now, we are proud to be recognized as certified partners with Bigcommerce, and we will continue to use this powerful and versatile platform to create effective custom ecommerce websites.

In addition to the Bigcommerce work we did for Neoteric Cosmetics, we also wrote a template assignment script that assigns the correct templates based on the category, ensuring quick and accurate browsing at all times. Because the company has four sub brands, it is very important that the website is navigable and clutter-free. That is why we also suggested using category pages to create several branded homepages on one site. The result is a comprehensive and responsive website that allows for seamless transitions between products and brands.
