Mirabella Beauty is the leading provider of beauty products to salon professionals. But their effort to directly reach consumers through a Magento eCommerce development came up extremely short of the industry leader mantle.
Solution
In 2011, Coalition began working with Mirabella as they sought to improve the functionality and performance of their site. First, we implemented a much needed migration from an outdated server to a newer, more capable machine. Once that was completed, we began improving the site operations and fixing dozens of conflicts caused by inexperienced developers working on the Magento platform.
But technical support and maintenance were only the first part of our service to Mirabella. After clearing operations, we began consulting work for the Mirabella social media manager, helping him to optimize the site and campaigns for social engagement, SEO, and better usability.
Result
Now in our second year as Mirabella’s preferred digital marketing agency, we’re beginning to pull together designs for a new and improved site that will support their growing online presence.
