Bdellium Tools hired Coalition in late 2013 to redesign and launch their ecommerce presence. The existing website was notable for all of the wrong reasons; inconsistent design, difficult user experience, and frequent breaks in operability.
The CT Digital Strategist reviewed their needs and industry competition before recommending Magento Community Edition as the desired platform. From there, a Digital Producer helped guide Bdellium through a rigorous discovery, design, and development phase that ended with the launch of their new webstore.
Bdellium raved about the upgraded visual and user experience, and so did their consumers. With better conversion rates, better user engagement, higher average tickets, and improved rankings, Bdellium had all of the hallmarks of a Coalition-lead project. Recently, we relaunched our site design with new responsive features to appeal to a broader mobile audience.
