Dice Envy has a small marketing team which was having difficulties executing a consistent email sending cadence. There were no automations built in the original email service provider (ESP). Though the regular campaign metrics were on par with industry-standard, Dice Envy needed a capable hand to help upgrade their email marketing result to the next level in order to grow revenue.
We have built key email automations including the Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart Series, Winback Series, and Post Purchase Series within the first two months. We designed a new modular template for Dice Envy’s email campaign. We crafted a campaign strategy with a consistent email sending cadence that’s both sustainable and profitable. In addition, we have implemented segmentation strategies to tailor personalized messages to specific audiences.
Within the first three months of kicking off the email campaign, Dice Envy’s email campaigns’ average open rate and click rate went from 30% and 2.9% to 58.5% / 4.29%. The advanced segmentation strategy applied to the Dice Envy email campaign is generating a click rate as high as 8.8%. Before signing up with CT Email Marketing, there was $0 revenue from automation. Since going live, automation built by the CT team is now generating more than $5000 per month, which has greatly improved the Dice Envy’s bottom line. 4 months with CT’s Email Marketing Service, revenue grew almost 10%.
