This natural pet product supplier came to us looking to increase awareness of their line on a global scale. They wanted to see increases across all metrics and double the average order volume. From us the wanted to see an increase in organic traffic, PPC growth, and improvements in their conversion rates.
One of the first things we did was to set NHV up on BigCommerce to ensure they were on a platform to allow them to become a global brand. We also redirected 404 pages, fixed issues with images being broken or not appearing, and created and launched successful Google Ads and Bing campaigns.
In comparison to last year, the site is receiving 119% more organic sessions, from 8k organic sessions in the previous year to 18k sessions this year. There has also been a 150% increase in organic new users. Overall, there was a 92% increase in traffic to the site this month compared to last year with sessions increasing from 26k sessions to 50k. Compared to this time last year, organic revenue has increased from $23,948 to $36,654, representing a 53% increase and the quantity of organic transactions has increased by 61%. Overall revenue has increased by 94% since last year, increasing from $80k in overall revenue last year to $155k in overall revenue this year with overall transactions increasing by 122%. The Google Ads campaigns also performed well, with only a spend of CA$4,245.84 the campaigns generated a considerable CA$15,478.38 in revenue. Bing Ads also performed well; a spend of $550.38 generated $12,863.42 in revenue.
