The Willow Tree Boutique has multiple successful physical locations, and was looking to see that same success on their website. They wanted to gain the attention of new customers and see growth in the number of orders they were receiving online.
Some of the tasks we have completed for this client include writing optimized copy, designing and implementing a new homepage layout, and fixing GSC errors. We also fixed issues with banners being cut off, installed Share A Sale, and fixed 404 errors.
Seven months after starting with us, the site is receiving 54% more monthly organic sessions. There has also been a 26% increase in organic new users. Overall, there was a 38% increase in traffic to the site this month compared to last month. New users also saw an improvement, growing 29%. Compared to this time last month, organic revenue increased by 301%, and the organic transactions improved by 272%. Overall revenue has increased by 154% since last month, increasing from $22k in revenue last month to $55k overall revenue this month.
They also came to us to manage their PPC campaigns. We consistently see a 1:7 return on Ad spend in regards to Google Ads, and a 1:20 return on Ad Spend in regards to Facebook Ads.
