House of Joppa was looking to increase sales and needed email marketing support to increase overall revenue as well as grow and nurture their existing customer base.
Coalition set up an email marketing calendar to maintain a regular sending cadence. The calendar included product highlights, category highlights, sales and promotions, and blogs. In addition, CT designed and set up a template that was optimized as the campaign progressed. Making adjustments like changing designs and adding product reviews to boost social made a big difference in end results.
From January 2022 to June 2022 House of Joppa was able to see steady growth in open rate and clock rates. Open rate improved from an already good 42.71% to 53.22%, and click rate improved from 1.92% to 2.54%. Adding product reviews and more specific segmentation proved to be key adjustments that allowed better performance. In addition the good deliverability metrics translated to revenue generated. In June and July 2022 House of Joppa was seeing over 50% of the total revenue was being generated through email marketing efforts.
