Love Her Shop

Coalition Technologies delivered a new website for a B2C athleisure ecommerce retailer in Sacramento through custom Wix web design and development services.

Overview

Love Her Shop is an activewear brand based in Sacramento with a growing customer base and an expanding product catalog. The brand was doing well with steady orders, regular drops, and repeat customers, but their website was outdated and could not keep up with their volume.

As most of their customers were shopping on their phones, it was worrisome that their website loaded slowly on mobile. Moreover, users had to scroll a lot to find their desired product. Some of the stronger collections were not easy to find on the site. The client reached out to us to help improve their site’s shopping experience.

See how we rebuilt Love Her Shop’s website in Wix Studio, focusing mainly on mobile first, then working through navigation, product discovery, and checkout flows.

Problem

Love Her Shop’s website made finding products difficult. On mobile especially, collections were displayed one product at a time, leading to endless scrolling. The menu and cart were not where most people expect them to be. Popular collections, such as the Rainbow Collection, were not easy to locate.

There were also operational challenges. Customers regularly submitted orders using outdated addresses saved in their browsers, which led to shipping mistakes, fulfillment delays, and additional support requests for the Love Her Shop team.

Solution

Our team started where most users were already spending their time: on mobile. From a single product view on the collection pages, we moved to a multiple item layout to make scanning easier.

We also simplified navigation by moving a few things around, mostly to match what people already expect from ecommerce sites. We updated the placement of the cart, menus, and access to key pages.

The homepage still allowed users to checkout immediately, but now had clearer entry points into seasonal drops, featured categories, and best sellers.

Cleaned up product filters let users find what they are looking for without having to hunt through many pages.

Moreover, we built a custom migration script to move pages and structured data from the old website into the new one. This helped keep everything intact, including page structure and content. We also relinked all existing media files so images and assets carried over properly and continued working after launch.

Love Her Shop smart search

To help reduce friction for shoppers, we improved the layout and functionality of the site. Enabling smart search helps customers find what they are looking for more quickly while also increasing product discovery.

Reviews were added directly onto product pages. We also gave more visibility to collections such as matching sets and the Rainbow Collection, improving their placement.

Checkout now includes a quick confirmation step for shipping details. Shipping information was also rewritten so it actually answers common questions instead of just sounding like policy text.

The redesign included a full review of the site’s content strategy. Our copywriting team researched how customers search for activewear, athleisure apparel, matching sets, and related products online. Those insights helped shape the messaging across key pages throughout the website.

The goal was to create content that answered customer questions, supported search visibility, and still sounded like Love Her Shop. Every page was written to balance usability, brand voice, and SEO best practices. As a result, the site now provides clearer information for shoppers while creating stronger opportunities to rank for relevant search terms.

Results

The site feels easier to use now, especially on mobile. Collection pages now load in a way that makes browsing less repetitive. Users can actually view collections without endless scrolling, and the popular collections are now visible.

The presence of reviews helps with decision making. Confirming shipping addresses also helps reduce address-related mistakes during checkout. While the core Love Her Shop brand identity remains completely unchanged, the streamlined experience now allows users to find what they need with far less effort.
