Synapse Payments helps businesses streamline their transaction processes and save money on merchant fees. This brand offers merchants simplified payment processing options at lower effective rates per transaction. The client believed that their previous website was outdated. They needed a modernized website that can accommodate client queries, provide quick responses, and complement their marketing campaigns.
The client wanted us to design and develop a new site and to provide credit card processor and merchant marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns. Synapse Payments provides services that enable clients to accept card payments from their customers with reduced merchant fees. The client needed a robust site to obtain and process new leads, provide information about the services they offer and how these services work for them, and be able to accept new client’s documents needed for processing. Our team of experts worked on designing and developing a WordPress website for this brand.
Our team began by creating a trademark logo that would be memorable to customers by evoking the brand through colors, the initial, and convey the meaning behind the name. After creating multiple options, the approved sketch was converted into an illustrator file and coloration was added. The client used our design on their website packaging, official documents, and other company needs.
Our team integrated one of the best custom form plugins, Gravity Forms, on the new site. This easy-to-use, secure, and reliable form builder enables interested leads to input and submit information, and existing customers to upload any required or supplemental documentation. Synapse Payments can now capture leads, automate workflows, collect payments, and gather additional information which help build brand awareness when site users complete this simple and secured form.
Once the site was developed, our team installed WordPress Rocket to assess the website’s page load speed. The resulting page load speed exceeded minimum Google Pagespeed Insights requirements.
Customer Service Widget
The client requested that the site have a chat feature installed to respond to customers’ queries directly on their mobile devices. Our team researched and provided a list of customer service platforms with mobile apps. Tidio, the all-in-one customer service platform that combines emails, live chats, chatbots, Instagram, and Messenger into one tool, was selected by the client. Google Analytics ecommerce was installed on the new site. Google Analytics provides users with a set of application programming interfaces (APIs) which integrate with ecommerce providers, thereby providing them with a rich set of tools and analytics that can be used to grow their brands.
WordPress provides web hosting functions and is a content management system (CMS) with customizable templates. Synapse Payments needed a custom blog. Using the client and developmental style guides, we selected the best template to create a modern blog page with engaging posts and informational content. Now, the client will be able to create and manage their copy, as well as collaborate with others in providing valuable content using this blog feature.
We integrated Klaviyo, an email and short message service (SMS) marketing automation platform on synapsepayments.com. This marketing platform helps businesses deliver automated but personalized customer service experiences. Customers are able to sign up for the brand’s newsletter using the Newsletter widget. Once users input their email addresses, they will receive notification of their success when they sign up. Together, with all the other apps we have installed, this website is exactly what the client was looking for.
Marketing Campaigns And Results
Once the site was launched, our marketing team was ready to lead their SEO marketing campaign. The client’s main goal was to be the most affordable payment processor and to show companies across many industries how they would be able to save on merchant fees.
As we developed the new site, we incorporated search engine optimization enhancements. Our team created a keyword sitemap, as well as optimized copies for the website’s pages including the Homepage, About Us, Pricing, How it Works, and Contact Us pages. Each month we continue to review the performance of keywords, and, with the client’s input, have implemented strategies to continue growing this merchant processing brand. Additionally, we installed Google Analytics and continue to analyze the resulting data in order to create and implement new strategies for the ongoing SEO campaign.
Since the website was launched, the brand has seen increases in new website users month over month since September 2022. New website users have grown by at least 73% compared to the previous month. Similarly, the brand’s new website continues to see increases in organic, direct traffic, and engagement time month over month.
