California Real Estate Client

Overview

Our California real estate client set out to change how people in the state buy homes. Their unique approach was to remove the traditional realtor from the home buying process, and give buyers more control. Their existing website serves as a one-stop shop for home buying. Visitors can find homes, make offers, book tours, and connect directly with trusted service providers such as inspectors, insurers, and estate sale professionals.

The client wanted our help with marketing this new real estate model, gaining meaningful market share, and building enough traction to attract new investment in order to scale nationwide. Our goal was to create a reliable, scalable digital marketing platform that could support these ambitious goals.

See how our real estate SEO and PPC strategies helped to grow conversions by 866.7% and conversion rate improved by 124.1% for this real estate brand.

Problem

The client wanted our help in acquiring 3,000 transactions per year using its one-stop-shop real estate model. They needed to attract qualified leads, educate buyers, and provide a seamless “white glove” experience while competing against traditional real estate agents such as Zillow, Redfin and other multiple listing service (MLS) platforms. The company needed traction in the housing market to support their concept in order to secure investment for expansion to other locations.

Solution

Our PPC strategy focused on reaching home buyers who were actively looking for a better way to purchase a home. Ads were written in plain language and pushed users to browse homes, request a tour, or make an offer. We built dedicated landing pages for paid traffic and added real customer videos to establish trustworthiness. Every page was designed to make it obvious what to do next and to position the real estate company as the easiest way to buy without a realtor.

To strengthen the site’s visibility and credibility, we worked on both content and technical improvements. Our team earned placements and mentions on real estate and high-authority websites, helping build trust with search engines. Our copywriters rewrote and expanded key pages and blog content to answer common home buyer questions and remove confusion from the process. Duplicate content was cleaned up, images were improved, blog layouts were fixed, and analytics tracking was corrected so performance could be measured accurately.

As more buyers began using AI tools to research real estate questions, we improved the site’s content to match how people actually ask those questions. Content was rewritten to sound more conversational and direct, making it easier for AI platforms to understand and surface the information. We also structured pages so answers could be pulled by AI systems. This helped the brand show up more often when buyers searched for guidance using AI instead of traditional search engines.
