Overview
A California-based private security company needed a new website and marketing strategy to support lead generation, ecommerce, and a major rebrand. Coalition Technologies built a WordPress and WooCommerce site, then ran SEO and PPC in parallel to grow visibility and keep momentum going. The result: organic conversions from new users grew by 900% and yearly impressions increased by 1,105.2%.

Problem

Peralta Associates & Defense is a California-based private security company offering armed and unarmed security, investigations, fire watch, event security, uniforms and accessories, and professional training for public and private sector clients. Since launching in 2019, they’ve built a reputation for being reliable, transparent, and hands-on in how they operate.
When they rebranded from North Security to Peralta Associates & Defense, they needed to rebuild recognition under a new name without losing visibility or leads in the process.
The website wasn’t keeping up. Their range of services, security, investigations, training, and ecommerce were all there but didn’t feel connected and were sometimes hard to find altogether.
Visibility was another challenge. Competing in California’s security market meant going up against companies with stronger SEO footprints. Peralta needed consistent search presence and the right kind of traffic, not just more of it.
Underneath all of it was a measurement gap. Tracking wasn’t giving a clear picture of what was working, which made confident scaling nearly impossible.
The brief was straightforward: rebuild the site, improve visibility, make lead generation more consistent, and set things up so growth wouldn’t break the system later.

Solution
Web Design & Development
We rebuilt the site with one goal: make everything easier to understand and easier to act on. Services, investigations, training, and products were laid out more clearly, with a more direct path to contact. Dedicated service and location pages were added so Peralta could show up in the right searches across California, and a more developed training and investigations section gave users the detail they needed before reaching out.
Navigation was simplified with a custom mega menu, cutting down the time it takes to move through the site.

Logo Design
We also designed a new logo to better reflect the company’s rebrand and where they were headed. It helped bring a more consistent, professional feel across everything people see, both online and offline. In the end, it tied the website and the rest of the brand together in a way that just felt more cohesive and intentional.
Integrations
The site also needed to work better behind the scenes. Not just for users, but for the Peralta team managing leads day to day.

Brevo
Brevo was integrated to support future email marketing. Even though campaigns weren’t the focus here, the system was set up to capture subscribers properly and leave room for growth later.
Gravity Forms
Forms were rebuilt to make lead submission easier and cleaner. The goal was simple: fewer drop-offs and less friction for both users and the internal team handling inquiries.
Microsoft Teams Live Chat
Live chat was added because a lot of users in this space don’t want to fill out a form immediately. Microsoft Teams gave them a faster way to ask questions, and afforded the Peralta team a better chance to engage before someone left the site.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Ads
PPC here had a simple goal: more qualified leads without inflating cost.
We built dedicated landing pages to support that, then layered in campaigns across Performance Max, display, and remarketing. The idea was to meet people wherever they were in the decision process, not just at the moment they searched.
Messaging matters, especially in this space. Security is competitive, and most companies say the same things. So instead of generic claims, we focused on what actually differentiates Peralta: accountability, transparent reporting, 24/7 monitoring, and full-service coverage.
With tighter targeting and better landing pages, the client enjoyed more visibility and more leads without increasing cost per click.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO became especially important after the rebrand. They weren’t just competing for rankings anymore, they were trying to establish authority under a completely new name.
We started with useful and direct content. Service pages, location pages, training pages, and blog content were built around real search behavior and real questions people ask when they’re comparing providers.
From there, we layered in technical fixes so search engines could actually crawl and index everything properly. We also worked on authority signals through mentions on relevant industry sites, and then tightened up local SEO by optimizing multiple Google Business Profiles across key California markets.
Final Product
Results
Peralta Associates & Defense now has a much stronger digital foundation than it started with. The website finally reflects the full scope of what they do, and the marketing systems around it are actually built to scale.
PPC impressions increased by 103.4% and clicks were up 66% in a recent 30-day period. Lead volume increased by 20% without increasing cost per click, which meant growth without losing efficiency.
Organic performance told a similar story, just on a larger scale. Conversions were up 120%, and a 41.8% growth in the conversion rate month over month.
The biggest signal was this: organic users who completed a conversion increased by 900%. That’s where the strategy really showed its value. Yearly impressions also rose by 1,105.2%, which significantly expanded overall visibility in search.
