Case Summary: The London Brow Company offers their own branded lash and brow products as well as branded professional training to salons worldwide. They came to us to develop a sophisticated site that met both their B2C and B2B needs.

Our task was to create a site that both B2C and B2B businesses can use to purchase high end brow and lash products. Consumers would be able to purchase retail items from the site. And professional products will only be available to salons with trade account access. The London Brow Company was looking for a site that reflected a high end brand feel, with their primary colours of gold and white. They wanted to have a London fashion feel, showing that they are at the forefront of the beauty fashion trends in eyebrows and eyelashes.
We began by creating a brand guide that reflected their colours as well as their style. From there we designed custom mockups of the home, category, and product pages as well as banners for these pages. As part of our development, we redirected their site to BigCommerce, ensuring a responsive design. The site houses both the B2C side of their company as well as the separate trade access for salons. We also created a salon finder for the public to be able to view where they can get exclusive treatments done.
The result was a polished site that serves as a representation of their brand. Since their site was built, we have also begun SEO and PPC campaigns to ensure more customers and businesses are driven to their site. We have created a comprehensive SEO strategy, written optimized copy for their pages, and set up targeted PPC campaigns.
