Willow Commerce, formerly Global Business Commerce, helps online stores brands manage inventory, orders, shipping, and fulfillment across multiple platforms. They felt like their website no longer kept up with the business and wasn’t communicating what they do. They sought our help to revamp their WordPress site to make it clearer and easier to use.

Problem

The website had several issues. First-time users were unable to find what they were looking for and understand how Willow could help them grow. Functionality and content were outdated. Willow was not visible in search engine results. The client wanted to grow traffic and conversions and tried, without success, to scale their marketing campaigns. The site was missing the ‘s’ in https, and was not ADA compliant.

Solution

We redesigned the home page and reorganized the structure and added clearer calls to actions (CTAs). Our team ensured that all buttons worked as expected, hero banners showed both video and text, and improved the navigation so the site felt less confusing. We updated the header and the footer for a more updated feel. To improve user-friendliness, we added a live chat feature for quick questions and support.

Additionally, we installed accessiBe to help with website accessibility and compliance and added cookie compliance solutions. We also implemented redirects, and set up tracking.

Results

The Willow Commerce team now has a website that is user-friendly, responsive, engaging, fast, and clearly shows what the brand does. The website now has more stability and is able to scale with the brand. Users are now more engaged with the updated site, and the client can now see which pages people visit and where leads are coming from.
